Our trained installers will have you set up and using your new unit within just a few hours.
Step 1: Submit an online form via our website
Just head to the EV charging page on our website and you will see a button that states: Submit your ev project here
Step 2: Filling in the form
You’ll be asked to take some photos and add some details about where you would like your EV charger to be installed and what brand of charger you want.
if you’d like to include surge protection for an additional fee to protect your vehicle and your property, just add this to the additional notes.
Step 3: Wait to hear back from our EV team
After you have submitted the form thats it!
One of our team will then be able to send you a quote direct, if your happy to go ahead just reply back to the email and we can arrange an installation date and time convenient for you between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
On the installation day, one of our fully trained electrical engineers will arrive in a branded EcoGreen Electrical van to install your unit. They will talk you through what will happen, and your electricity will only need to be turned off for a small period to complete the final set-up. After installation and testing, the installer will talk you through how to use your charger and app and answer any questions you may have.
